This is an unsettling time, but the Town and our Rec. Dept. are here for you!
Due to the Corona virus, all meetings not required by State law are being asked to suspend in-person meetings,
until the current pandemic emergency measures have been lifted.

Accordingly, the Peterborough Recreation Committee will not be holding
our regular monthly meeting on the first Wednesday in April.

However, they want to stay in touch with Peterborough Residents.

Any questions, comments or concerns you have for the Committee
will be read via email and discussed at the next scheduled meeting,
once this national emergency has been resolved.

Thank you,
Andrew Dunbar, Chair
Peterborough Recreation Committee

We remain committed to providing the best possible recreation experience for our citizens.
During this time while our usual activities are restricted,
each day we will post on our Facebook page a new idea for
things families can do to remain active.

Check back each day for a new, fun idea!
If you have a good idea to share, please let us know!
To prevent the spreading of COVID-19,
the children's play area at Adams Playground is closed.
Gates will be locked until further notice.

This does not apply to the basketball, tennis/pickleball courts, the skatepark or the ballfields.

Hesitating to register for a program?

Not sure if your child will like it,
or not sure when it will be a good idea to be in a group setting?

It remains our practice to offer a full refund to anyone who needs to cancel a program registration
before the program begins.
Anyone who attends an initial session and decides the program is not right for them
can also receive a refund if they notify us right away that they are dropping out.

Please feel free to speak with us directly about your concerns!  We are here to help!
